Access data/ Server-Logfiles
The provider (respectively his Webspace provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so called server log files). The access files include: name of the accessed website, file, date and time of the access, transferred data quantity, report about successful transfer, browser type and version, operating system of the user, referrer URL (previously visited website), IP address and inquiring provider.
The provider uses the protocol data exclusively for statistical evaluations related to the processing, security and optimisation of his offer. The provider reserves the right to check the protocol data retroactively if the justified suspicion of an unlawful use arises based on concrete indications.
Use of personal data
Personal data is information that helps to determine a person, i.e. indications that can be traced back to a person. That includes the name, e-mail address or phone number. But it also includes data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were visited.
